the world is in trouble because Washu is stirring up trouble again. In order to save the world from crisis, Tenchi goes undercover as a teacher in a girls' school. However, many problems arise as Tenchi is predisposed to finding trouble.

It's great to see Tenchi return but it seems cheap 5 minute commercial for tourism. I rather have the original than this but it's still worth watching even for memory sake.
