Rough draft of Party Crasher

Prelude to the ball

Press conference with the re:mote Girls in the grand hall. Reporters all around.

Crash! [Lowzar craft crashes into the side of building.]

NB Somewhere in this mix Au aka Gold face gets damaged.

Enters the swave alien prince... which none of the press can decipher what he is saying. Maybe because most have fleed except those injured or too scared or too busy to run.

the fight

Silver drops her dress literally ... to show her slimline uniform then engages Lowzar in hand to hand combat. Silver moves almost as she would in zero-G in this fight. Being lightweight and strong with heavy programing in gymnastics as well as hand-to-hand and zero-G training, she appears as though she can fly.

The fight between Lowzar and Silver is entirely described by the reporter. The fight is describe not blow by blow but by each photograph he took. Time freezes as each photo as he describes then the shutter sounds and action returns to real time. SFX sounds of hand to hand combat in the hall with occasional sounds of the reporter's camera clicking. NB The reporter mentions in the midst of combat that his camera automatically sends the photos to the newspaper as he shoots.

Lowzar Advisor transforms their landing craft into a sinister frame and pulls Lowzar from the fight with Silver.

Then behind them, Copper in her frame shows up. Au (Gold) screams at her to get out of here. Her frame won't stand up to combat.

The reporter looks back at Au to see her face and stops. Later he will comment she some freakin' T2?

Outside the street

The story switches to eye witness reporter on the street. As he speaks to the camera there is crashing noises then an ear piercing scream. People down the street run like crazy as Copper's frame minus an arm is slammed into a buiding.

alarm

Switch to Ferrus the Re:mote Girls ship talking with the Ambassador. While trying to ID the alien attacker, reinformant is called in.

side street

Ag and Au call their frames only to get hold tight order. Gold swears revenge and looks for parts of her damaged face. Ag tries to get to Copper frame as the alien frame looks on to the crowd.

Standoff

Back at street outside the ball, people and security are panicking at this new threat. A whistling sound and roar of jet engines then ground shaking thud. The reporter gets there as a large frame lands and describes this new frame. The frame is fifth member of Re:mote Girls, Plantinum in the XPT frame, heavy combat. It sizes up the alien frame then it growls one word which is heard by all, including Prince Lowzar and his advisor in their own language. LEAVE.

Prince wants a fight. The advisor knows better to take on a Federation eXperimental combat frame and complies. XPT watches for a moment then recovers Copper's arm and Copper and flies off.

Au and Ag disappear at this point.

closing

The reporter gives a monologue on the situation with more questions than answers. He is approached by security as show closes.
