Natsu no Arashi!
Thirteen-year-old Yasaka is a boy staying at his grandfather's house during his summer vacation. One day he entered a store and met Arashi, a beautiful sixteen-year old girl working there. After trying to protect her from a man who claims to have been hired by her family to take her back by force, Yasaka ran away with her and now she stays at his grandpa's place with him. It didn't take much time for Yasaka to figure out that his new friend is far from an ordinary girl, as she possesses mysterious powers. The plot thickens when he finds a sixty-year-old picture of Arashi and another girl named Kaja, and to the surprise of all Kaja suddenly appears, and just like Arashi, her appearance hasn't changed at all since then.
Two other characters introduced so far are the place's owner, a woman whose name is still unrevealed and rumored to be a high level con artist, and Kamigamo, a student of Yasaka's age who he met at the store, and works there with him since then. Despite being a girl, she keeps dressing and addressing herself as a boy to the other characters. So far only Kaja knows her secret.
Yasaka, 13 ans, est un garçon qui séjourne chez son grand-père pendant ses vacances d'été. Un jour, il entre dans un magasin et rencontre Arashi, une belle fille de seize ans qui y travaille. Après avoir tenté de la protéger d'un homme qui prétend avoir été engagé par sa famille pour la reprendre de force, Yasaka s'est enfuie avec elle et maintenant elle reste chez son grand-père avec lui. Il n'a pas fallu beaucoup de temps à Yasaka pour comprendre que sa nouvelle amie est loin d'être une fille ordinaire, car elle possède des pouvoirs mystérieux. L'intrigue s'épaissit lorsqu'il trouve une photo d'Arashi âgée de soixante ans et une autre fille nommée Kaja, et à la surprise de tous Kaja apparaît soudainement, et tout comme Arashi, son apparence n'a pas du tout changé depuis lors.
Deux autres personnages présentés jusqu'à présent sont le propriétaire du lieu, une femme dont le nom n'est toujours pas révélé et dont on dit qu'elle est une escroc de haut niveau, et Kamigamo, un étudiant de l'âge de Yasaka qu'il a rencontré au magasin et qui y travaille avec lui depuis lors. . Bien qu'elle soit une fille, elle continue de s'habiller et de s'adresser en garçon aux autres personnages. Jusqu'à présent, seule Kaja connaît son secret.

Okay, this is a total disappointment. Looks like they aired the wrong episode or they aren't following the manga at all. That is a pity since the manga does a good job of building the premise with good mystery. The art style is directly from the manga which doesn't lend itself to animation.
