Naofumi Iwatani, an uncharismatic Otaku who spends his days on games and manga, suddenly finds himself summoned to a parallel universe! Can we do without the cliche D&D RPG tropes with these 'other worlds' animes. Guess not. It has is good points but few and far between. First double episode ends abruptly but I have hopes in second episode.

At first, i figured just another isekai. This time around, they have at least broken some of the mould. Yes, its an MMORPG type of world. Yes, we have a hero destined to save everyone. But this time, our hero does not start off all powerful and universally loved. This gives for a grittier tone than most of the isekai anime, which are usually fairly light in tone. All in all,I would be willing to watch more of this, it is at least a bit more interesting. (Also, points for having no ecchi yet).
