Being the first meeting of the year, it was good to have a higher than usual turnout. Some new faces I hope will stay throughout next year.<\/p>\n

We also watched the ‘decultured’ version of the new Macross series, Macross Frontier<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This series was suppose to be releaased in 2007 but production delays pushed it until March of this year. To save face, the director’s cut of the first episode was airred over the Christmas season. With elements of Macross 7, Plus and Zero, this series will truly please old fans and ‘wow’ the fans. The episode ends in a cliff hanger… which has me whinning that March is too far off to find out what happens next.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
