<\/p>\nI’ve always looking for a bargain.\u00a0 Especially when money is tight. Well we now have a couple of much needed ‘new to you’ items.<\/p>\n

Our old camcorder’s side display died due worn and broken ribbon connector then the video degraded. That left us without a way to properly cover masquerades without one.\u00a0 Cameras are worthless when it comes to the low light levels and action on stages.\u00a0 A camcorder handles both longer optic zoom and handling low light without the curse of flash. Mind you, flash is not use for light but it fills in shadows and is EXTREMELY short range.<\/p>\n
The above camcorder, Panasonic PV-GS300 was bought at a college surplus sale at a sweet price.\u00a0 Plenty of batteries and accessories with it.\u00a0 (Well almost but that was cleared up fast.)\u00a0 It takes the same tapes as last camcorder.\u00a0 So we don’t have to avoid masquerades no longer due to lack of hardware.<\/p>\n
