In the 30th Century, the Earth has united as one country called Earth. Kyoko is the princess of this country and is protected by the princes and last remaining members of the Dragon clan, Hizuki and his younger brother Sakataki. Kyoko has attended primary school and junior high school anonymously, and is currently in senior high where no one knows her true identity as the nation's first princess. When The Smashers gang turn up at Kyoko's school the leader of The Smashers, Witzig, takes a liking to Kyoko's friend Karen, and Kyoko has no choice but to reveal her identity to save the school.
