Not quite sure what to think of this one. Maybe I shouldn't try too hard.

Maxy

I want a cake now with a side of cat. It's not a lie. I had some last week, it was nom nom.

Stray Cat is synonymous with orphan in Stray Cat Overrun! Which makes it difficult to be a typical comedy with straight face drama which many may find it hard to come to terms with in our or Japanese culture. Still I like it for not being cliché yet at the same time being cliché in the characters. It's a whole new take on them which makes this show funny but a little bit sad.

There's quite a bit of varitey among these characters, and adequate potiential for individual development. I liked the introduction of the sister as an offstage superhero -- that was a delicious touch of irony. But the most outstanding feature, to my mind, is the loving care taken in the depiction of the girl's legs. Usually fan service is just a minor bonus, but those legs, walking away, are something special.

humanbean

cute without being saccharine. some interesting characters, only a couple seem 1-dimensional & over-the-top. like it.
