Isekai Shokudou
"Youshoku no Nekoya" (Western Cuisine Cat Restaurant) is a 50-year old restaurant located underneath a building close to the office district, and has normal food offerings. Every Saturday however, the cafeteria closes down to its regular customers and serves the very same menu to a multitude of completely different beings from other worlds.

Holy crap, do NOT watch this when you're hungry.
Joking aside the first episode has an understated pace similar to Victorian Romance Emma but with much more fantastical elements mixed in. The artistry for the characters isn't anything to write home about but the depiction of various kinds of food will definitely make your mouth water. If you can stomach slower paced series (though the preview for the 2nd episode does allude to some action) or want to watch a culinary series that doesn't focus on orgasmic overreactions give this a shot.
