An unexpected outage of PHP set back parts of the website including this blog for part of today. Thankfully, it is restored. I did manage to bring front page back online by reverting to straight html. I will be looking at ways to work around for further outages.

It was an unusual Sunday meeting. We had several people show up for the meeting. Even one of the parents showed up and stayed long enough to see Kuruneko and a bit of Spice and Wolf II and was impressed by the shows. We showed Needless later after they left. Now if only we could get all the people showed up to come every meeting, life would be good.
What’s starts off as an off-beat romantic comedy of a guy and his ex(pired) girlfriend (now ghost) turns into an adventure with addition of a mysterious case that both the mob and religious organizations want. But what is this Asura Machina and Extractor that his brother gave to him and why people who can see his ghostly girlfriend keep popping up. Be sure to check out this spirit anime gone mecha, Asura Cryin’.
Welcome to the front page – Otakuthon 2009
We invited several cons to advertise freely on our front page with a background image and link and countdown timer. Otakuthon has taken us up on the offer and supplied a wallpaper and we added the countdown to the event. We also will be creating a flickr page for Otauthon after the event in our cosplay area.
If you’re in the area or able to travel to Montreal for Otakuthon, tell the folks there we said hello.
