Sarah Griffin
Sarah is an old friend and artist who participated in the first art challenges for this site. She was one of initial artists on the initial day the 4 Koma Project was created her artwork impressed both of the professional comic artist's who worked on Umi or Ocean. I even acted as her gopher at one con. Time passes...
Not hearing nor seeing her for a time, it's easy it is too easy to forget people but Sarah resurfaced at this year's Fan Expo in search of a new publisher. Her comic, Asylum Squad has been sorely missed by her fans and I hope she will be back publishing and back in the Artist Alley next year.
With no budget for 4 Koma, I decided to put together an artist alley
directory just like the program books for kettos or Japanese style comic
cons. The most famous is Comiket which has even lured artists from around
the world. In kettos, the program booth is your ticket into the con.
It also had artist alley layout with pages of business card size ads for
each artist. Along inside the book is sketches and cartoon strips,
4 komas as well as ads for other kets.
